I've been unable to use Fast User Switching on my Windows XP PC ever since I've installed my old Cisco 350 Wireless Card. The error says - "A recently installed program has disabled the welcome screen and Fast user Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: cswGina.dll"
So I've surfed around and found a solutions...I love google.
