Tired of boring old Microsoft Word. Not willing to wait for the Aero based Windows Vista Office 2007 ? Then looky here at TextMaker 2006. They claim that it has the full feature set of a modern, high-end word processor, seamlessly read and write Microsoft Word documents, work within minimal RAM and hard disk storage, and to launch instantaneously. Wow. That's cool. Have not exactly downloaded it yet but they do have a free trial version. Go try it out.
