Google Notebook is now live at Google.com/notebook. and there's a bunch of FlickR screenshots if you still want to see them.
Google Notebook is a AJAX (web 2.0) service where you can bookmark content (a web page or a piece of content on a web page) either via normal Google searches or on a Web browser with an IE or Firefox extension (highlight text to right click to save).
Funnily, it does not support tagging that's basically what Del.icio.us provides and its pretty useful for it to be a Web 2.0 service. Guess they left that out...
