Microsoft announced on yesterday it has released the Microsoft Solution for Windows-based Hosting for Applications Version 1.0, providing independent software vendors and Web hosting providers with the platform, tools and best practices to deliver software as a service.

Yikes ! Is that something new ? Hohum......I think I will go back to sleep now.
