Juan Casares makes a mean TimeTracker 1.1.2 Add-in for Firefox. Its supposed to track the amount of time you waste (or spent productively) online. Best of all, its FREE ! Too bad its useless for employers to keep track of your online browsing activities since that's covered by Monitor Employee from Track4Win You can also pause the clock by clicking on it to ensure that browsing at 7am before your run doesn't count against your productivity.
