There’s plenty of job hunting sites out there like Monster.com or Jobstreet.com.my (Malaysia) but this one beats the pack by getting its resume database filled up by giving away rewards or bouties. Group members can find and share the latest jobs often not found elsewhere. Employers get access to talented candidates that are not searching on job boards. Employers can offer a bounty to encourage referrals of passive candidates. Sounds like a good way for bloggers to find jobs as there’s not many of it around.
Why I think YorZ rocks ?
YorZ (YorZ is pronounced “Y or Z”) connects talented people with quality companies. Many of the best jobs and candidates are not on the big public job boards. YorZ brings together quality companies with respected professionals and candidates from the top schools and leading companies. Group members can find and share great job opportunities as part of our targeted invite-only groups.
YorZ gives out Rewards
The best employees often come from referrals. Employee referral programs frequently rank as the number one source of quality candidates. YorZ provides tools to solicit, attract and evaluate referrals from a larger pool than just your employees. Members can earn bounties by making high quality referrals. Or, you can find a great job opportunity.

OKay the referral program of YorZ is attractive especially for Asians who want to earn in dollars without leaving their countries? But the question is: Are there real non-US members or outside of the US members who are actually earning or receiving the bounties they are giving out? I haven't seen any proof of success testimonials.
