MB Free Subliminal Message Software consists of three parts:
Part I: Set Personal Goals:
This allows the user to set and edit goals that need to be achieved. The user can set new goals, view them, delete them, mark them as achieved when it has been done. For each goal, the user is asked to enter the name, description, starting and ending dates. The number of days for the goal to be achieved and the remaining days from the current day are also displayed. The goals can be saved for future reference.
Part II: Programs:
This allows the user to set the different categories of messages to be displayed and a list of messages the user can choose from. He can also add, delete and edit messages as and when required.
Part III: Settings:
This section allows you to set up the program properties. The user can choose to run or not the run the program at start up. He can also set the message frequency and duration, color font and size of the messages displayed. The user can also choose the order in which the messages should be displayed and the location on the screen where it should be seen.
