Has XenSource gone to the dark side by partnering with Microsoft to develop software that will allow computers to run the upcoming version of Microsoft's Windows server on computers that are simultaneously running Linux ?
Some parties are not happy with this especially Vmware who says Xensource has "betrayed its open source roots". Well, on the positive side, it would mean easier access from Microsoft Vista Server to their Open Source software called Xen and vice versa.
Server virtualization is becoming something really hot and Microsoft also released Virtual PC for free to delve more into the market. They also purchased Softricity this week that makes a product that allows people to run applications in virtual spaces.
