Lifehacker has a cool run through and screenshot tour of the features in the Windows Vista Beta 2. Its really pretty and I love the My Computer shot as it now shows the remaining disk usage in a Apple Mac visual form. Click here to see.

Vista comes with several gorgeous built-in desktop images, including the one I'm using here. Notice the Sidebar on the right which contains Windows "Gadgets" - currently an analog clock (whose hands scoot over the right time when you log in), a rotating photo frame, a CPU and memory utilization meter, and an RSS reader which I can't for the life of me figure out how to add non-Microsoft news feeds to.
