Ok. Lets keep this simple. I was surfing around and found this interesting site – oDesk.

oDesk is a online marketplace that enables buyers and providers of services like VBNET, SQL programming or technical writing to come together. oDesk Corp (Silicon Valley, California) was launched in 2003. Unlike other freelance sites like Elance, oDesk is based on an hourly pay rate model rather than a fixed-bid project model and the freelancers install their proprietary software to keep tabs on their work. I was quite impressed with the number of freelancers they have on the site and its good that certain test results are shown on their profile for buyers to gauge their skillsets.
