If you think there is not enough backup software for Open Source products, then think again. MozBackup is a great utility that lets you have a good nights sleep knowing that your Mozilla softwares are backed up extensively but I won't recommend putting the cache in.

MozBackup is a simple utility for creating backups of Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, Mozilla Suite and Netscape profiles. It allows you to backup and restore bookmarks, mail, contacts, history, extensions, cache, etc.
