ISP Virgin.net has partnered with NTRglobal to offer its customers a UK-based online service to remotely diagnose and solve technical problems. The best thing is that it is free to Virgin.net customers at http://www.virgin.net/customers/contactus and they hope to boost their customer service satisfaction.
Customers can chat to Technical Support agents online and once permission is granted the agents can remotely connect to the customers computer to solve a range of technical problems in real-time. This pretty much works out if you have Windows Remote Assistance enabled.
Virgin.net Sales and Marketing Director, Cristel Lee Leed says “We’re always looking for ways to improve things, Online remote support is a new and innovative service that our customers love!”
“Over 90% of customers that used the new service felt that they’d positively benefited and 95% said that they’d use it again. Adding to that, Virgin.net received 87% for Customer Satisfaction in a survey by independent comparison website Uswitch.com – these results demonstrate how important Customer satisfaction is to us. In fact, it’s just as important to us as our no 12 month contract promise. In addition our customers are delighted that we’ve added yet another great value service that’s completely free”.
