AOL's TotalTalk VOIP Service Discontinued

Don't you just hate it when this big companies just stop offering their services. If I was one of those 2,000 subscribers who took up the TotalTalk VOIP Service, I'll be pissed. The morale of the story - only subscribe to services that have passed 2 years in use.aoltotaltalk4.jpg Anything less is bound to wind up. As far as I'm concerned, I think AOL's marketing department did not do a good job or they just could not compete with other VOIP providers like Skype. This service gets terminated on November 30, 2006.

Here's what you get on the Totaltalk.com site :

We are very sorry to inform you AOL® Enhanced Services ("AOL ES") has decided to discontinue offering the TotalTalk™ service. For this reason, the TotalTalk service will be terminated on or about November 30, 2006.
