eBay, has raised its fees for sellers and not everyone is happy. So the Dutch owner of Diversetrade.com, a
competitor to eBay, is calling his site : “a place that will enable buyers and sellers to conduct business "at a fraction of existing auction website charges." This new online Dutch auction site is has 12 employees including four fulltime ones..Well I guess its a no-nonsense business site as auctions do generate a lot of revenue for online marketers.
According to informationweek :
DiverseLab Developments, the company which founded the site, doesn't cite eBay by name in its press release. However, the firm said in a statement that the auction site "was created as an alternative platform in response to a well-known auction website enforcing significant prices increases " in some cases up to 200 percent." In a statement, the co-founder of the Dutch site Maurice Valentijin said: "We offer an alternative " Diversetrade.com is a no-nonsense website bringing together sellers and buyers at a fraction of existing auction website charges."

A highly recommended site is elfingo.com for online auctions. They are the new ebay. Many smaller sites like this offer buyers far better deals than ebay ever could. Buyser also save a ton because this site charges little or nothing depending on the day. One more reaso I like elfingo.com is because they don't take a part of the sale at all. No commissions or final value fees. A+++ http://www.elfingo.com
