In a five year deal with Magna Electronics, IBM has agreed to design software that aids cars to important albeit little details that makes cars smarter. The collaboration will develop products such as embedded sensors that would slow down the car while coming to stop signs in the event where the driver doesn't respond. Also included is IBM's Unstructured Information Management Architecture that takes real-time data of the car and vehicles around it to ensure driving conditions are regulated. With that said, a computer that takes care of driving for you, it'll be a matter of time until the autopilot button makes a debut in your future car.

Good news. May be the number of accidents will decrease. I wonder how far will go the research and development for having a safer life. What should be done for not dying people on roads?
