Tribe.net, the San Francisco-based social network, relaunched yesterday with a new look. In many ways, however, it's a return to the old look, with the original orange logo returning and the massive masthead being dropped. They've also improved the navigation of the site. The biggest change, however, is a Netvibes-style homepage, allowing you to drag and drop various modules like your friend's photos and blog
entries, your tribes, upcoming events, your del.icio.us bookmarks, RSS feeds, personal notes and links.
I checked it out and found the interface to be a bit primitive at present. It seems that they do not allow you to import/export at present from what I found. That being said, I am hopeful that under their new (old) leadership, Tribe will continue to innovate around
this feature area. The site already discusses that they are going to work on the export functionality.
