Avvenu is a newer piece of software on the market and is free to use.  They are constantly updating its features and keeping you updates with new ideas and techniques to use its software more effectively. If you want to upgrade and pay a small fee of $29.95 a year, they will actually backup all your files onto their servers which gives you access to your files even when your computer is off and will always synchronize your files so they are up-to-date.
