Computer Games Magazine and MMO-centric Massive magazine has been shut down by TheGlobe.com. Computer Games magazine widely acclaimed as the second oldest PC focused monthly magazine was launched in 1988. It has changed name several times before gaining the name it has now. There is no explanation yet on why it is shut down. Readers will have one less magazine to choose from now. Avid readers of this magazine might be shocked by the sudden closure of the magazine line. They might find it hard to look for another magazine that features almost the same content as it. It may be a strategic move by TheGlobe.com. It is widely believe though that the recent lawsuit against TheGlobe.com is partly to be blame for the closure. It is sad news and readers will have to look for an alternative.
