Most people believe that investment at an early stage is risky. Fear of instability and non return of capital discourage many from investing at an early stage. Experienced investor however might beg to differ from this notion. Investing at a later stage company faces more risks. Later investment cannot impact the development of the company. Early stage investment will reap in better benefits in a sense that it is relatively new and development is still in progress. Usually new companies will provide a better return for its investors as oppose to older companies who have more experience and has a better policy. The risks involve may be there but with older companies the risk is not totally non existence as well. There are always risks in investment, just how we manage it and pick the right choice of which provides a greater return at a lower risk. If it is up to me, I would rather invest in new companies as well.
