“SXSW Interactive had more attendees than ever before - the people attending are the same people who create and evangelize the tools that make attending totally unnecessary.” This is a quote that I got from an article on the web. Isn’t it ironic? You create a toll that makes something totally unnecessary but still you attend it. The whole thing means that face to face communications is still the way. You can never experience the same feeling and get the same idea from other sources such as – forums, chatting, phone calls or even video conferences. There is more to face to face communications than what some has been thinking all these while. It just provides you with the motivation that you cannot get anywhere else. Grouping together to share the same passion and interest about certain things certainly drives you to work harder and gains more knowledge. No technology can replace that.
