
As usual Microsoft is trying to vary its market by introducing new products and features. Microsoft has just unveiled a small business Internet protocol phone system. The system is code named “Response Point”. The design process are well done with customers in mind. It is designed for ease of usage and manageability. It supports both voice over IP and traditional phone lines. There is something more, it includes a voice activated user interface. The product is still in its beta stage but it is expected to be launched later this year. This is certainly good news for small business looking to save up on phone bills. The price is not yet announced at this time. However, it is expected to be attractively priced. There are already a number of such devices in the market. Microsoft is expected to price it competitively to challenge other similar products. Now users will have a new option to choose from.
