MySpace is the Web’s largest social network site. Recent MySpace policy has irked some users who feel that their space is being invaded. User use to be able to embed almost anything their like to their page but with recent policy change, MySpace is gradually imposing limits on the software tool that enables user to embed music and video players to their site. It is a move to capitalize on its commercial advertising value. Users have complain that it will limit their ability to design their pages. All the complaints however might not be heeded by MySpace who are adamant about their new policy. They might lose some users who are unhappy but this new move bode well for MySpace itself or maybe not? There are a growing number of sites that provides user with similar capabilities MySpace has to offer. They might lose quite a portion of its user to rival sites.
