There are still a lot of mystery surrounding Windows Live platform for its functions and features. Ray Ozzie has been mum about details that the Service platform will be performing but other members of his team are giving some hints and insights about it. The next generation Windows Live Core will implement cloud base platform services that enables the creation of compelling application that maek deep use of network base information. The Windows Live Core will be heavily focused on Microsoft Data Centres and how they can be used to provide economies of scale for Software as services. Microsoft is investing heavily on this new platform since Windows Live start service. There are numerous comments on how Windows Live is performing. This new platform will be having new features that will benefit users. How good will this new platform be can only be determine when it is released. Personally I am hoping for a much better service than the current platform.
