Yahoo will be announcing the appointment of Salim Ismail to run Yahoo Brickhouse. He will take over from Caterina Fake who will be leading the strategy and vision at Yahoo Brickhouse. Most of Yahoo Brickhouse employees will be recruited from inside Yahoo itself. Brickhouse will be planning to release 4 to 6 new products this year. Salim Ismail also said that they may hire from outside Yahoo of it is necessary. It is great for Yahoo to hire someone with such a caliber. Hopefully the new features that they are planning to release will be interesting and beneficial. Lastly a word of congratulations to Salim Ismail for his new venture.
