Here is some news for those folks who are looking for a good web hosting provider. There are a ton of web hosting providers out there, and I know sometimes it's difficult to differentiate between them. When I was looking for web hosting for one of my personal websites I wanted to start, I found a few sites that were very valuable in comparing the various web hosting providers out there. One such site is Top9Hosting.com, which provides helpful reviews and rankings of top web hosting providers in the industry.
Top9Hosting.com is a new site. Of course, it's free, and it's updated quite 
regularly from what I can see--all of the information they offer is up-to-date. I found their recent press release announcing their launch--it's quite informative.
Top9Hosting does a few things I really like:
- They provide a matrix table that gives the quick & dirty info most people need about the hosting companies, such as price, bandwidth, disk space, etc. What's awesome is you can sort that matrix table by each feature column, so you can see how each hosting company stacks up against each other.
- They give a detailed review page for each web hosting provider, with a written review of the company, as well as the main top features for the company.
- They offer a cool ranking system, or "Scorecard", for each hosting provider.
