Atomic Email Software by AtomPark.com

In the information technology processes and functions of your company, you may sometimes come across the need to communicate something quickly to your client or customer base, such as a product upgrade or a server problem, or even something such as an IT quality survey, etc. There exists some products on the market made by a company called AtomPark.com that are created to help with this task.

Probably the most useful product for the IT function of a company is AtomPark’s Atomic Mail Sender. This program is designed to help a company create customized personalized emails that can be sent out in bulk. This can obviously assist in a company’s urgent need to get a message out to the users of their products or services—in particular, an online-based company. Some of the features of the Atomic Mail Sender that make it quite customizable and powerful are:

  1. Ability to process an unlimited amount of emails
  2. Can provide opt-in functionality and unsubscribe requests
  3. Can create a personalized letter for each subscriber, which can include all the necessary information you choose
  4. Will accept emails from Outlook address book, mailing lists generated in Excel, Access, DBF, Word, ASCII text files (.txt, .lst)
  5. Allows mail merging
  6. Provides its own internal SMTP server

Working alongside the Atomic Mail Sender is a related software product by AtomPark called the Atomic Email Tracker. This product is designed to help with:

  1. the follow-up monitoring of the emails you send out
  2. tracking of the emails you send out, including who opened them where
  3. reporting. The program has up to 10 different reports with filtering capabilities, along with illustrative charts.

Working together, these software programs may provide some assistance to your IT and customer interaction functions.
