Countdown Pro 2
Here's a good software - Countdown Pro 2 that displays a countdown timer with a built-in screen saver for clumsy people like me. I might use it to remember my wife's birthday or to pay the rent. Heck ! You might even want to use it to remind you to buy Windows Vista in 2010 or was that 2007?desktop_timer.gif

Countdown Pro adds a reminder to your desktop which can display the time left until events, remind you of appointments, display notes, and more. It has a built in screensaver and comes with many customizable themes.
